Annual General Meeting
An annual meeting open to all alumni, at which the current state of the program is discussed and the previous year's progress is detailed. Voting ability is restricted to members of the Gopher Rugby Excellence Fund, the recurring giving plan in support of Men’s Rugby. Eligible voters may act via proxy if advanced notice is given.
Monthly Board Meetings
